Payment Means

We accept payment via T/T, Western Union and PayPal etc. Please contact your sales manager for more details.

 

Buying Guides

l  Just let us know the model name & quantity you are interested in to place order, also advise where you want us ship the devices.

l  We will prepare you the pro forma invoice accordingly with payment details for your approval. We can accept payment by PayPal, Western Union or  bank transfer (T/T)  etc.

l  We will prepare your order and ASAP return you the shipping information & tracking number after you pay for the invoice.

l  You will receive the shipment after several days and enjoy our cooperation with the business.

OEM, or customized orders are welcomed!!

 

Shipping Ways

We can ship your goods via following three ways as your preferred, and tracking number information will be provided at the same time.

l  Door-to-door express DHL, UPS or FedEx etc, it's used for sample order. We will send out the shipment generally in 3 days. It takes about 3-5 working days for global delivery.

l  Air cargo. Cost cheaper than express. It takes about 3-5 days for delivery to your local airport. MOQ G.W. 200 KGs.

l  Sea freight. Cost much cheaper than air cargo, it takes about 30 days for delivery to your local sea port. MOQ G.W. 500 KGs.

 

Warranty Policy

Ultrative offers our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage, or if the unit has any unauthorized modification. Satisfaction of this warranty, consistent with other provisions herein, will be limited to replacement, or repair, or modification of, or issuance of credit for the goods.

 

During the warranty period, we will replace new ones in free charge in case you encountered the defective units. If the defective quantity is small, we will send you news ones and NO need you return them back immediately; Else if not, we ask you ship them back (you bear the shipping fees) and we will replace you new ones (our company bear the shipping fees) as soon as we received.

 

Anyway, please do not worry for the defective issue because we have very strict quality controls including aging process and testing steps before the shipment.

 

UTT-901

Q1

Why the UTT-901 with internet connection runs ok BUT in the web setting interface it shows number as Registred and it do not dial or accept any calls. I tried to downgrade the FW to an older one but it failed.

We assume you downgraded the wrong firmware. The latest firmware can be download only from our website (it is built-in the hardware before the shipment), Please be noted the UTT-901's PCB board and software has been improved rather than other providers' similar appearance gateways.

Q2

There is also not possible to Reset it - after typing #*000 the GW only restart not reset to default. This feature does not work at ALL UTT-901 we got from you - not possible to reset, they only restart.

Please note that input #*000 to only clear configuration (include user rights, network etc., exclude SIP); If you want to reset the factory default, please "Clear Config" VIA the web menu of the device.
